Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home provides clinically outstanding homecare to children and adults across England. The Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker in Stoke-on-Trent will deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes and support 1:1 care plans tailored to individual goals.

You will perform personal care, assist with moving and handling, and support with clinical interventions while enriching clients' daily lives through community interactions.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting.
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.
• On shift, perform personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with clinical interventions.
• Enhance clients' quality of life through community interaction and goal achievement.
