Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home in Lewisham is seeking a compassionate Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker to join a paediatric client in her family home. You will provide personal care, support daily activities, and promote independence, under supervision and training when needed.

On shifts you may administer medications and assist with clinical interventions, helping to create a safe, dignified environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience caring for paediatric clients with complex needs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to service users.
• Administer medications, and complete manual handling.
• Working with clinical interventions.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion.
• Build positive and professional relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
