Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a compassionate Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker to join our Burton upon Trent team. You will provide day-to-day personal care and practical support to a young client, promoting independence and quality of life in the home and community settings.

The role involves administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and working with clinical interventions, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
• Willingness to undergo training for clinical interventions and medications administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to service users.
• Administer medications, and complete manual handling.
• Work with clinical interventions.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion.
• Build positive and professional relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
