Job summary

Candlelight Care in Glastonbury, Somerset, is seeking enthusiastic, caring individuals to join our family-run team to support vulnerable adults in their own homes.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts (7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm) with alternate weekends, training including NVQ opportunities, mileage, and a range of benefits.

You will provide emotional and practical support, assist with personal care, meals, and monitoring wellbeing, while upholding dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and able to handle challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide both emotional and practical support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, domestic tasks and meal preparation.
• Monitor wellbeing and report significant changes to the Registered Manager.
