Job summary

Candlelight Care is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our family‑run team providing care at clients' homes in Uckfield, East Sussex and surrounding areas.

We offer full‑time and part‑time roles with shifts from 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm, and alternate weekends. A driving licence is helpful; walking/cycling routes may be available in some areas. Join us to make a real difference every day.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, domestic tasks and meal preparation.
• Support clients with medications, mobility aids and equipment as required, reporting changes to the Registered Manager.
• Encourage independence while safeguarding wellbeing and monitoring overall health.
