Homecare Gurus in Somerset TA24 is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to deliver high-quality in-home care, supporting independence and dignity. You will work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to suit client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months care experience (preferred).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers.
• Administer or prompt medication as required.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding where necessary.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as shopping, cleaning, and laundry.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
