Discovery, at Apple Tree Court in Glastonbury, is looking for caring Support Workers to help adults live well and gain independence. You’ll assist with daily activities, mobility needs, and personal care while encouraging participation in social and leisure activities.

Training and progression are provided, including a Care Certificate within 12 weeks, with flexible shifts and opportunities for career development across Somerset. Drivers preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility support (wheelchairs & hoists), and daily living tasks
• Support communication and engagement through activities and outings
• Help residents participate in hobbies, music, films, and social events
