Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking Female Healthcare Assistant Support Workers to join our team across Dorset and surrounding areas. You will deliver high-quality in-home care, supporting clients with daily living tasks and health needs.

We offer a variety of shifts (8–12 hours) including days, nights, and weekends, with paid holiday rates and a focus on consistent 1:1 or 2:1 care. Experience in UK care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ UK-based care experience within the last 2 years.
• Experience providing personal care and supporting adults/children in home settings.
• Willingness to learn complex care interventions including tracheostomy, ventilation, peg feeding.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their own homes.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Assist with moving and handling and other clinical interventions as trained.
