Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home in Walsall is seeking a Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker to provide high‑quality, person‑centred care in clients’ homes. You will deliver personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with clinical interventions alongside the family.

You will work 8am to 8pm on days, with pay rates from £14.86 to £17.10 per hour (including holiday pay). Training is provided, and you’ll help a 9-year-old client with complex needs to stay safe, independent and connected

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting.
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assist with moving and handling.
• Administer medications and manage clinical interventions (training provided).
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the client’s home.
• Support the client’s goals and community activities.
