Candlelight Care are seeking caring and reliable Care and Support Workers to join our team in Shepton Mallet. Flexible full-time or part-time hours include 7am–2pm and/or 4pm–10pm with alternate weekends. Driving not always essential depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Every day is different in Health and Social Care. In this role you should expect to get to know your clients, their interests and individual needs. You will provide both emotional and practical support, such as assisting with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing) domestic household tasks and meal preparation.
• You will also be supporting clients with medication, mobility aids and personal equipment where required, and have a responsibility to monitor overall wellbeing and report to the Registered Manager any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client.
