Candlelight Care is seeking enthusiastic care workers to support vulnerable adults in their own homes across Shepton Mallet, Somerset and surrounding areas. Roles include full-time and part-time hours, with shifts from 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm, plus alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable care assistant capable of supporting adults at home.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide emotional and practical support, including personal care (washing, toileting, dressing).
• Assist with domestic tasks and meal preparation.
• Support clients with medication, mobility aids and personal equipment as required; monitor wellbeing and report changes to the Registered Manager.
