Job summary

Candlelight Care is seeking enthusiastic Care Assistants to join our friendly team in Frome, Somerset. You will support vulnerable adults in their own homes across Frome and surrounding areas, with shifts from early to late and alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health and Social Care preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Calm and patient with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, domestic tasks and meal preparation.
• Support with medication, mobility aids and equipment; monitor wellbeing.
• Report significant changes to the Registered Manager and maintain client independence.
