ICare Group in Derby and surrounding areas is seeking an Home Care Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred support in clients' own homes across Derbyshire. The role offers flexible hours from 7am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday, with paid mileage and a welcome bonus on joining.

You'll help with personal care, meals, mobility and daily routines, building trusted relationships in the community. Full induction, ongoing training and career progression are included.

• £12.71 – £12.96 per hour
• £125 Welcome Bonus (T&Cs apply)
• Paid Mileage Between Care Calls for Drivers
• Flexible Hours (7am-10pm, Monday-Sunday)

We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable individuals to join our Home Care team supporting people across Derby and the surrounding areas.

Important Information Before You Apply

Walking Positions

• No driving licence required
• Able to travel between service users within your local area
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently in the community

Driving Positions

• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have access to your own vehicle
• Be able to travel throughout the Chaddesden area
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place
