Job summary

Dignity Plc is seeking a Funeral Service Specialist (Level One) at Frinton-on-Sea to guide families through arrangements with empathy and care. You’ll manage branch operations, coordinate with suppliers, and support ceremonial duties while learning about funeral plans and compliant practices.

You will build trusted community relationships, handle paperwork, and participate in training while contributing to plan sales and family-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or admin is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about funeral arrangements.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support families with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Arrange funerals that meet family wishes and legal requirements with clarity and compassion.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including administration and presentation.
• Liaise with suppliers such as ministers, celebrants, and florists.
• Lead chapel visits and support families with their requests.
