Qualifications

• Must have a full UK manual driving licence.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lifting with provided training.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new apps and systems.
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotional situations.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Collect the deceased from various locations in a professional, empathetic manner.
• Bear coffins on funeral day and drive funeral vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities, including vehicles.
• Prepare coffins and engrave name plates.
• Prepare the deceased for viewings and the funeral.
• Update client management applications with timely records.
