Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead funeral services with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Coordinate pre-funeral briefings to ensure clarity and coordination.
• Support families with options and compassionate guidance throughout the process.
• Collaborate with arrangers, specialists, and care teams to deliver services.
• Manage the diary, resources and records for smooth operations.
• Assist with coffin preparation, handling, and chapel duties as required.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
• Engage with local community and promote the brand within the region.
