Job summary

Moorlander Assistance Ltd. is seeking dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to support clients in their own homes across Somerset and North Somerset. You will help individuals maintain independence and dignity through personalised, high-quality care, covering daily routines, personal care, meal prep, mobility support, and wellbeing.

Full training and ongoing support are provided. Flexible shifts, both full-time and part-time, are available, with visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Empathy, respect, and compassionate communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a care team.
• Commitment to high-quality, safe personal care.
• Preferred experience in home/domiciliary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care, daily routines and wellbeing.
• Support mobility and safe handling of objects.
• Administer or prompt medications per guidelines.
• Assist with meals and nutrition.
• Keep accurate care records and paperwork.
