Job summary

Eclectic Care Ltd in Maidstone, Kent, seeks Female Domiciliary Care Workers with Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. You will provide in-home care, help with daily living, offer companionship and monitor wellbeing. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required as you will travel between client homes.

Pay is £12.82 per hour. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Right to work in the UK or eligibility for sponsorship is welcomed, with induction and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Previous experience in domiciliary care or home care is preferred.
• Experience supporting people with dementia or other complex care needs.
• A Certificate in Health and Social Care is preferred or required.
• Medication administration training and First Aid certification are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care addressing the individual care plan for each client.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support transfers and mobility to promote independence where possible.
• Administer or assist with medications according to policies and training.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking as needed.
• Provide companionship and improve wellbeing and reduce social isolation.
• Help with light household tasks and maintaining a safe home.
• Assist clients with shopping, appointments and community activities.
• Monitor changes in clients' physical and mental welfare and document accordingly.
• Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, infection control and company regulations.
