Qualifications

• Excellent communication and empathy and strong caregiving skills
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends or overnight shifts

Duties

• Good communication skills with service users, families and health care professionals
• Ability to implement care plans and support with daily living activities

• Ability to maintain a safe and clean environment within their own home
• Demonstrate leadership skills when interacting with service users and colleagues

Experience

• Previous experience preferred but training given
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy toward service users

Prerequisites
