Tamfol is seeking a compassionate Domiciliary Care Worker (Female) to support clients at home, helping with daily activities and promoting independence.

The role involves personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and assisting with mobility and medication management, with Visa sponsorship available if required.

We offer DBS checks, paid mileage, pension, and rights to work in the UK; a driving licence is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent (required).
• Care work experience: 1 year (required).
• DBS certificate on the Update Service (preferred).
• Right to work in the UK (essential).
• UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Assist with medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed regimens.
• Support individuals with mobility challenges, including safe transfer techniques.
• Engage in behaviour management strategies for clients with specific needs.
• Facilitate social activities and outings to encourage participation and interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to relevant professionals.
