Job summary

Eclectic Care Ltd in Maidstone is seeking a compassionate Female Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team, delivering person-centred care in clients' homes and supporting independence.

This role offers visa sponsorship for eligible candidates and the chance to make a real difference in the local community. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to travel between clients.

Qualifications

• Must have a Health and Social Care qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with personal care including washing, bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Administer or assist with medication per policies.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating.
• Provide companionship to reduce isolation.
• Help with light household tasks and keeping a safe home.
• Support with shopping, appointments, and community activities.
• Monitor changes in wellbeing and report them.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Follow safeguarding and health and safety policies.
