Job summary

Willowbrook (Hyndburn) Ltd in Leyland is recruiting Care Support Workers for our NEW Extra Care Service in Jubilee Gardens, West Paddock. You will help residents with dignity, respect, and compassion and support community activities and in-house services.

Responsibilities include visiting residents, providing personal care, medication and meals, repositioning, and completing paperwork. You will follow company policies and participate in induction and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents within our Extra Care Services, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
• Provide personal care to clients.
• Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning, and domestic support to residents.
• Share necessary and appropriate information with the Team Leader/Manager.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Fully comply with Company policies, procedures, and approved practices, and promote the aims of the Company.
• Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.
