Job summary

Willowbrook Homecare is seeking Care Support Workers to join our Extra Care Service in Primrose Gardens, Chorley, delivering dignity, respect and companionship to residents while supporting community activities.

Qualifications

Care-focused; strong personal values and empathy.
Flexibility to meet service needs is essential.
Experience in care is preferable but induction provided.

Responsibilities

Visit residents within our Extra Care Services, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
Provide personal care to clients.
Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning, and domestic support to residents.
Share necessary and appropriate information with the Team Leader/Manager.
Complete all necessary paperwork.
Fully comply with Company policies, procedures, and approved practices, and promote the aims of the Company.
Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.
