Job summary

Willowbrook Homecare in Primrose Gardens, Chorley, is hiring Care Support Workers to provide personal care and community activities within our Extra Care Service. You’ll work 30 hours per week with flexible days, and roles are available as part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Caring nature and a positive approach to support residents.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within the care environment.
• Experience in care is beneficial but not required with full induction.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents in Extra Care Services and coordinate with management.
• Provide personal care to clients and assist with meals, drinks, and mobility.
• Support residents with daily tasks and document care as required.
• Share information with Team Leader/Manager and complete paperwork.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in induction and ongoing training.
