Job summary

Willowbrook Homecare in Chorley is seeking Care Support Workers for the Extra Care Service at Primrose Gardens to ensure residents receive dignified, respectful care and to support community activities.

The role involves visiting residents, providing personal care, assisting with meals and medication, and completing paperwork in line with company policies. Flexible to suit service needs with induction and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Visit residents within our Extra Care Services as directed by care coordinators.
• Provide personal care to clients.
• Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning and domestic support to residents.
• Share necessary information with Team Leader/Manager and complete paperwork.
• Fully comply with company policies and participate in induction training and in-service training.

Responsibilities
