Job summary

Willowbrook Homecare is recruiting keen and enthusiastic Care Support Workers to work in our NEW Extra Care Service, located in St Martin’s Court, Lancaster, to ensure residents’ needs are met with dignity, respect and compassion, alongside supporting activities in the community and within the service.

Visit residents as directed by care coordinators, provide personal care, assist with medications, meals and mobility, complete paperwork, share information with the Team Leader, and participate in

Responsibilities

• Visit residents within our Extra Care Services, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
• Provide personal care to clients.
• Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning, and domestic support to residents.
• Share necessary and appropriate information with the Team Leader/Manager.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Fully comply with Company policies, procedures, and approved practices, and promote the aims of the Company.
• Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.
