Job summary

Cornerstone in Dundee is seeking a caring, flexible part-time care worker to support two individuals with complex needs in their own home. The role includes early mornings, sleepovers, weekends and varied activities to suit interests and routines.

Full driving licence is ideal but not essential; training is provided, SVQ support available, and there are progression opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
• Full driving licence ideal but not essential.
• Willingness to work shifts including early mornings, sleepovers, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support two individuals with complex care needs in their own home.
• Assist with daily activities: cooking, personal care, medication, household routines.
• Plan and participate in activities from arts & crafts to walks and days out.
• Provide responsive and compassionate care in a flexible role.
