Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a positive Support Practitioner to join our Dalry team on a permanent, part-time basis (30 hours per week). You will provide person-centred support with daily activities, personal care and community engagement in a friendly, caring environment.

No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a large, supportive team helping people to live fulfilling lives. A full UK manual driving licence is required with 1 year of driving experience.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with 1 year of driving experience.
• We will train you and fund recognised qualifications as you work.
• SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare or equivalent is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assist with meals and daily activities.
• Help with household tasks and attending appointments.
• Assist with personal care and medication prompting.
• Support participation in hobbies, social activities and community connections.
• Encourage residents to engage with friends, family and local events.
• Follow care plans and document care provided.
