Job summary

Cornerstone is recruiting Complex Care Practitioners to support eight individuals living in their own flats in the local community. You’ll provide person-centred care, promote independence, and help with daily routines, health and wellbeing.

We welcome applicants from varied backgrounds; caring experience is helpful but not essential. You’ll join a supportive team, receive training, and have opportunities to develop within a values-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Social Care would be great, but it's not essential.
• What matters is your attitude, how you treat people and what you bring to the team.

Responsibilities

• Support eight individuals in their own flats with daily routines and health & wellbeing.
• Promote independence and community engagement.
• Be flexible with shift patterns including early mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
