Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care is seeking empathetic individuals to join #TeamNewDeer as Complex Care Practitioners. You’ll support eight adults with Autism in their own homes and communities, helping them live independently and engage with local activities.

Shifts include 15 or 20 hours per week with potential relief opportunities, intensive training, and ongoing development. A caring nature and reliability are valued, with full pre-employment checks and SVQ progression encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Social Care would be great, but it’s not essential.
• What matters is who you are, how you treat people and what you bring to the team.

Responsibilities

• Support eight individuals with Autism in their homes and communities.
• Help them build independence and manage daily routines.
• Encourage health, wellbeing and connection with the local community.
• Support participation in hobbies and new experiences to aid outcomes.
