Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking dedicated Complex Care Practitioners to support eight individuals with Autism in their own homes and communities around New Deer. You’ll help them live independently, manage daily routines, and stay connected with local activities, with shift patterns that include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.

Experience in Health & Social Care is valued but not required. The role offers flexible hours (15 or 20 per week) and opportunities to grow within our Training

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Social Care would be great, but it’s not essential.
• What matters is you and how you treat people, plus your willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently with support to develop confidence in care tasks.
