Join Aurem Care as a Domestic Assistant and help create a clean, safe, and homely environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues. You will carry out cleaning duties, uphold infection control standards, and support the wider housekeeping team.

The role offers flexible weekday and weekend hours, a rate of £12.71 per hour, on-site parking, DBS check, pension, induction and ongoing training, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Reliable, hardworking, and pride in your work.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Caring and respectful approach towards older people.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties as directed by the Head Housekeeper.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) safely and correctly.
• Support the wider housekeeping team with additional duties as required.
