Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant to join our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will work under a Registered Nurse, supporting the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents, including personal care and daily activities.

This full-time role offers 38.5 hours per week, with a 3 on/3 off shift pattern, days or nights. We value kindness, compassion and dignity, and provide training, development and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care such as washing, dressing and meals.
• Assist with daily activities and encourage independence.
• Provide compassionate support, including end-of-life care when needed.
• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and follow safeguarding procedures.
