Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant to join our team across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings in Wales. You will support residents with personal care, daily activities and meals, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, helping them live with dignity and respect.

You’ll deliver compassionate care, recognise safeguarding responsibilities and contribute to creating a warm, inclusive home where residents feel valued and supported on their wellbeing journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility.
• Follow guidance of Registered Nurse and safeguarding policies.
• Observe safeguarding and report concerns as required.
