HC-One offers care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes. We are seeking a committed Care Assistant to support residents under a Registered Nurse, assisting with personal care, meals and daily activities to promote dignity and independence.
You will deliver care from the heart, treating each resident as an individual, and help with emotional and social wellbeing while safeguarding is integral to daily practice.
Responsibilities
- Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
- Assist with personal care: washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
- Help with daily activities in the home.
- Deliver care with compassion and respect individuality.
- Recognise safeguarding concerns and complete required training.
