Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Care Assistant for our Chalgrove care home in Poole. You don’t need prior care experience; we provide fully funded training and clear career development to help you grow.

You’ll work 36 hours per week, including alternating weekends, with days and nights available. You’ll deliver high-quality personal care, assist with medications, support daily living, and share in residents’ stories and smiles.

Qualifications

• No experience needed – full training provided
• Compassionate, patient and great with people
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
