Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Home Care Assistant to provide care in clients’ own homes. No prior experience is required; your empathy and people skills will help clients feel valued, safe and supported during daily routines.

You’ll follow personalised care plans, maintain accurate records and ensure safety throughout every shift. A full UK driving licence is needed, with alternating weekends, and a funded training path up to QCF level 5.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience or qualifications required.
• Good people skills and strong empathy with a caring and compassionate nature.
• Positive professional team‑working ethos.
• Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Alternating weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and personal care for clients in their own homes.
