Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Home Care Assistant in Highcliffe to help clients live independently at home with dignity and companionship, supporting daily routines and personal care.

We offer funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, a £500 welcome bonus with a referral scheme, mileage paid (32p per mile), and on-demand pay. No prior care experience is required—your caring attitude matters and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required.
• Right attitude and caring nature; training provided
• Must have full UK driving licence and access to own car
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining

Responsibilities

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication
