Job summary

Agincare Group in Highcliffe is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients at home, assisting with daily routines, personal care, meals and companionship to help them live with dignity and comfort in their own homes.

No prior care experience is required; the right attitude and caring nature is valued. Training is funded up to QCF level 5, with flexible contracts, on-demand pay, and mileage allowance.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; the right attitude and caring nature is valued.
• Must be kind, compassionate, with good people skills.
• Minimum of 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Supporting people with daily routines, including household tasks and personal care.
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making tea.
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation.
• Helping with medication.
