Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant to join our team across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings in the UK. You will support residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate care that respects individuality and dignity.

You will assist with personal care, daily activities and meals, while safeguarding residents and reporting concerns as required. A commitment to ongoing learning and training is expected to provide the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide compassionate care in dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings.
• Willingness to follow guidance from registered nurses and care plans.
• Commitment to safeguarding and residents' dignity.

Responsibilities
