Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker to join our Greenwich team, providing high-quality, person-centered care in clients' homes.

You will support a paediatric female client with complex needs, administer medications, assist with moving and handling, and work in a 1:1 setting with training provided to manage tracheostomy and other interventions.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the 2 years (UK based)
• Prior experience with tracheostomy would be preferred
• Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their own home
• Assist with moving and handling and administering medications
• Support clinical interventions as trained, including tracheostomy/ventilation care
• Enhance quality of life through community interaction and engagement
• Maintain professional standards and clear communication with families/care team
