Pulse Nursing at Home in Lewisham is seeking a compassionate Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker to join a paediatric client in her family home. You will provide personal care, support daily activities, and promote independence, under supervision and training when needed.

On shifts you may administer medications and assist with clinical interventions, helping to create a safe, dignified environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Right to work in the UK.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting with their daily activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. You will work closely with our client, their families, and other professionals to deliver person-centred care and support.

In this role you will be supporting our paediatric female client within her family home, who is living with several complex care needs including lung disease and an acquired brain injury. On shift you will provide personal care, administer medications and manage our client's clinical interventions (all training will be provided).
