Job summary

HC-One is seeking an enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team across its dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents and assisting with personal care, meals and daily activities to preserve dignity and independence.
