HC-One is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll assist with personal care, meals and daily activities to support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Care Assistant role under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Support physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care with compassion, respecting each resident’s individuality.
• Help with daily activities and meals to maintain quality of life.
• Promote safeguarding and report concerns as required.
