HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our teams across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes in the UK. You will help residents with daily activities, personal care and meals, delivering compassionate, dignified support in a person-centred way.

You’ll work under a Registered Nurse, safeguarding residents and promoting wellbeing and individuality. We offer training, development and a supportive workplace with career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing including personal care.
• Assist with washing, dressing, hygiene and meals and daily activities in the home.
• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and follow safeguarding procedures.
