Job summary

Highgate Care is seeking a Care Assistant at Oaktree Hall & Lodge in Bridlington. The role offers permanent, full-time hours (35 per week) with some evenings and weekends. Salary is £13.29 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities (washing, toileting, dressing).
• Assist with physical, emotional and spiritual care while maintaining dignity.
• Help residents with limited mobility using aids.
• Monitor residents who are confused or have behavioural issues.
• Promote continence.
• Assist residents who are dying or have progressive illness; assist with last offices.
• Record daily notes and follow care planning.
