Job summary

Highgate Care Services Ltd in Bridlington is recruiting full-time Community Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across Bridlington and surrounding areas. Pay is £13.82 per hour, with 30p per mile mileage, and a £500 refer-a-friend scheme.

No previous experience is necessary as we provide paid in-house training and ongoing support. You will work a two-week rolling rota with shifts 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm, on scheduled days including alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience is required; we provide comprehensive in-house training.
• DBS check is required before employment.
• Opportunity to progress towards NVQ Level 2 and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes.
• Assist Bridlington and surrounding areas with daily living tasks and wellbeing.
• Follow safeguarding policies and maintain dignity and independence of clients.
