Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of care and assist residents with daily living.
• Support training and supervision of junior staff.
• Assist with mobility, dignity and comfort for residents.
• Respond to nurse calls and liaise with GPs and care managers.
• Document daily care records accurately.
• Encourage residents' activities and social engagement.
• Assist with end-of-life care and last offices.
