Job summary

Highgate Care Services Ltd is hiring a Care Assistant for Oaktree Hall & Lodge in Bridlington. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week) includes occasional evenings and weekends, with a pay rate of £13.29 per hour. You’ll support residents with daily living, maintain dignity, and help them lead meaningful, comfortable lives as part of a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care setting is desirable.
• Ability to maintain dignity and respect for residents.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living tasks (washing, dressing, toileting) maintaining comfort and dignity.
• Assist with mobility and monitoring wellbeing while observing care plans.
• Record daily progress and follow company policies and procedures.
• Foster resident engagement and participate in social activities in the home.
