Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is hiring a Care Assistant to support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will work under a Registered Nurse to help with personal care, meals and daily activities, while respecting each resident’s individuality and dignity.

You may work full or part-time with alternate weekends. Good safeguarding practice, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality care are essential, with ongoing training and development provided by HC-One.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Assist with daily activities and provide compassionate care to residents in line with safeguarding policies.
